I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Yay! But some body parts remain flabby. Time for exercise here. Since it's been only 7 weeks post labour, some exercises are a no-no. Only light exercise for now, mostly walking and doing the house chores. I think carrying El can be counted in (^_^) She's almost 5 kg.
I need to seriously overhaul my diet to achieve a firmer body though. Munching on chocolate and biscuits all day is not helping at all. I've done some inventory of all the choccies and biscies left in the house. Hopefully hubby won't restock these stuff. He loves buying them but only eat one or two pieces and then forget all about it. I end up finishing them. All that's left...I've been (secretly) snacking on them for the past few weeks. And I always thought that I don't have a sweet tooth. Well now I know.
Instead I bought these stuff for snacking:
I'm encouraging El to wake up more during the day so that she'll sleep more during the night. So obviously lunch making must be a quick affair. Basically lunch consists of some leftover.
Rice was cook this morning. Soup was a left over. Heat it up. Add vegetable. Pour it on rice.
As I'm fully breastfeeding El, I need to make sure my water intake is enough. To make sure I always fill up this 2 1L bottles. It should be empty by the end of the day.
Note: This post was suppose to published yesterday but something went wrong and blogger won't let me sign in (*_*) And the font is all mixed up!
Note to self: Paint my toe nails. No more big tummy. No more excuse.
